To establish a more intentional documentation culture and generate closer collaboration on some of the larger content updates, I introduced documentation briefs. It was a way to define problem statements, align on messaging, and include smaller feedback loops within the team.

Though we spent more time on documentation tasks, we wound up publishing quicker since it was more organized with more targeted feedback sessions.
